Sign and date your name below!

1. Click on Edit Text at the bottom of the page
2. At the next empty line simply type an astrick * at the start of the empty line,
3. then type in the your name, -- and add the date,
4. hit enter and on the new line type 5 dashes -----.
5. Click on the save button, you're done!
